I've recently seen a lot of new PDRN skincare products on the market, and it was so intriguing to see a PDRN hair product come out. This works like a scalp scaler, but instead of washing it out immediately, you use it post-shower to give your hair a refresh. It has a brush that makes it easy for the product to glide on your scalp, and the cooling sensation makes you feel so clean afterwards!

I’m usually the type to research every purchase (reading reviews, comparing products, etc.) and I don’t leave reviews often, but after using this for a few weeks, I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else.I started looking for something to soothe my scalp after my morning runs because it would often feel hot and a little flaky afterward. The brush applicator makes it really easy to apply, and I really like the cooling sensation it gives. I was a little worried it might leave my hair feeling greasy, but it absorbs nicely without making my hair look oily.I saw some reviews mentioning a tingling sensation, but for me it was very mild and so far I had no problems with it!All in all, I’ve enjoyed using it and will continue adding it to my routine.

Left my hair with a refreshing sensation

Been looking for a scalp care product & decided to try this pdrn hair serum. The brush applicator is my favorite part of this product! It makes applying scalp serum much easier compared to other products I’ve used before. The serum has a light texture and absorbs nicely without leaving residue. It makes my scalp feels cleaner, refreshed, and leaves a nice cooling feeling ☺️ Feels so relaxing after I wash my hair, but great for non-hair wash days too

I tried this on a whim and now I can’t imagine my night routine without it. The scalp cooling effect is amazing, it feels instantly refreshing and calming. I tend to get really warm at night, and using this before bed has made me feel much more comfortable. It leaves my scalp feeling cool and clean without being irritating. Definitely one of my favorite products lately!

I actually bought this for my mom, not for myself. She has thinning hair and her scalp gets really red and irritated during the summer. She was constantly complaining about how hot and itchy her scalp felt, so I started looking for something that could help.I went down a rabbit hole reading reviews and comparing products. What I liked about this one was that it had a cooling effect, clinical testing for hair loss, and the brush applicator. A lot of scalp serums make your roots greasy when you apply them with your hands, so the brush was a big plus for me.My mom has been using it for about 2 weeks now. I can't say anything about new hair growth yet because it's still early, but her scalp definitely looks less red than before. She also told me the little bumps she used to get on her scalp are gone, and she's not scratching her head nearly as much.So far, the scalp-calming effect alone has made it worth trying. I'll update this review if we notice any changes with hair growth after longer use.

it’s really big like my whole hand i like it

I got this for myself but my husband asked about it so, he's now using it with the redlight helmet. It looks a lot like one of my eye cream but a lot bigger and instead of rollers it has silicone bristles. It takes a bit to squeeze out, but once you get this moving it is very easy to use. The lock is a handy feature to prevent you from squeezing out the precious liquid when you don't want to. It's also rather fun to twist and a slight squeeze is all you need. The bristles are comfortable. There's a soothing feeling on the scalp (especially great for if your head feels itchy) but no pins and needle feeling despite having the reedle shot in the serum. Pleasant smell a bit like plants, almost minty and it fades quickly.I had him use on clean scalp (after washing and it's dry), put a bit of this on, and sit 20 mins with the redlight helmet. I haven't noticed too much of a difference on his ahemm *balding spot*, but I think his scalp looks healthy, less greasy, and the hair seems stronger. Which makes a bit of sense I guess, we spend so much time for skincare on the face but not everyone take care or moisturizes the skin on the head!

I received this hair serum through Vine, and I was excited to try it since I’ve had good experiences with VT Cosmetics in the past. I applied it directly to my scalp, and the cooling, tingling sensation felt great, especially since my scalp often gets sore by the end of the day from wearing my long hair up. The brush makes it easy to work the product in, but it was a little hard to judge how much was coming out at first, so I ended up using more than needed. Even with that, it dried well and didn’t leave my hair greasy. I found that feeling for when my scalp was damp was the best way to tell I had enough product applied.

I love all the Reedle skincare I’ve tried from VT Cosmetics so I was super excited to see they made a scalp serum, and it’s equally as good as the skincare! I get occasional scalp irritation/trapped heat/dryness and this works so well to combat that. I love the silicone comb cap (the serum comes out from the ends of the teeth so it goes right to my scalp instead of getting stuck in my hair) and it feels so cool and refreshing. It heals the irritation and gently exfoliates my scalp, hydrates, clarifies, and repairs and restores my scalp. I like that it has PDRN in the formula too. The reedles don’t hurt in my scalp either (it feels similar to the Reedle shots for your face but I feel it even less on my scalp since this product has the menthol to numb it) but even on spots where my scalp’s barrier is damaged, it doesn’t hurt or sting. This serum starts working immediately and the benefits last all night and through the next day. It also doesn’t make my hair look greasy, stringy, or weird (my hair usually looks better than usual after using this since it keeps my scalp so healthy and soothed). My boyfriend gets occasional mild dandruff in the winter and he uses this scalp serum too and it stopped the dandruff too. I highly recommend!

This is something new that I’ve never tried before. I actually like using this after cleansing my hair and scalp. It’s easy to apply to my hair and it absorbs good. I notice my scalp feels better after using it. Helping reduce dry patches. Recommended

I like the serum, with some caveats.I wish there were more instructions, but it doesn't tell you how to use this. After washing? Wet hair or dry? How often, and how much? So I did try it a few different ways.First I tried it in between shampoo and conditioner which I DON'T recommend. If your hair is too wet you'll end up getting menthol in your eyes.Dry hair, it was ok. If you're going to do so, I recommend putting it on at night and washing your hair the next day. It doesn't add greasiness at all, but my hair is very fine and gets dirty fast.My favorite way to use is on damp hair after a shower. It makes my hair extra shiny, adds a little volume, and I've noticed a few more baby hairs growing.I have sensitive, eczema prone skin, and I can't use this every day. I also have to be careful not to use too much of it. I've noticed sores on my scalp and some sensitivity. I recommend using this every few days.Even with these caveats, I do recommend giving this serum a try. It's a good amount of product for the price. I also use this brand regularly and love it, so I trust them.

This is a great scalp treatment and I love the cooling, tingling sensation it provides to my scalp. I tend to get a very dry scalp with occasional flakiness and this has been very relieving and calming to my dry itchy scalp. The product is easy to use, twist the cap to the on position and then place the brush from the scalp and drag down the a little then start new section. I focus on the back of my hair line and the top back of my crown. I have been using this primarily at night before bed. I brush my hair thoroughly, apply, then wash in the morning. It has a *slight* stickiness but it washes out easily in the morning. My scalp has been feeling much less itchy and irritated and also more healthy. It's a great value for the money and it has been working very well for my scalp care routine. Highly recommend. Would purchase again.

This scalp serum turned out to be amazing. The applicator tips are stiff silicone bristles that work like a brush as you’re squeezing out the serum onto your scalp. When you turn the whole applicator part you can put it to on/off and decide whether you want the product to come out or not. This is a very clever design. I usually squeeze out some and apply to the whole scalp first and put it to off position to brush and distribute everything evenly. The serum is super refreshing and minty. I love mint and this was so refreshing that it also cured my nausea. My scalp is left feeling cool and breezy for a while after applying. I only use it right after shower when my hair is still wet and it’s been working great. My scalp feels refreshed and I feel like it’s also making my hair smooth. I was worried that this will make my hair greasy but that wasn’t the case. I don’t feel any oily residue from this and it’s just very minty and nourishing. I ended up loving it so much.

I'm actually rather impressed with this PDRN Reedle Shot Brush Hair Serum by VT COSMETICS. It's definitely a different approach to my scalp care routine, so I wasn't initially sure how to use it. But after a couple of weeks, I've grown to really like both the brush format and the serum. The cooling sensation feels soothing and it leaves my scalp feeling clean and comfortable.The formula is lightweight and absorbs quickly, so it doesn’t feel greasy or weighted on my hair. It creates a refreshing feeling that more tingles than stings. The brush applicator allows me to precisely target where I want to apply the serum, but also feels nice on my scalp as I'm applying it. It's such a different yet relaxing application process that I actually enjoy it, as opposed to feeling like another beauty chore.Overall, I'm quite impressed with the formula, application, efficacy, and results of this PDRN serum. It combines helpful, innovative ingredients with a practical design that keeps my scalp feeling cool, clean, and refreshed. While I haven't yet observed a significant fullness to my hair, I do feel confident that my scalp is fostering the proper environment for healthier-looking hair with consistent use. I'll be sure to return and update if that isn't the case by the time the tube is empty, but so far so good.

So, I've used products from this company before and I was super excited to try this out. The instructions were a little lacking, but it's pretty easy to figure out once you get going.Firstly, this serum is extremely cooling and soothing. My scalp feels INCREDIBLE after using it, and I feel like the quality of the hair that's grown in since then has also improved. Healthy scalp -> healthy hair.There seems to be a significant amount of product in here, as well, so it's good for more than just a few applications.That being said, it WILL make your hair greasy, so I very much recommend using this as a "hair mask" overnight, and shampooing in the morning.It's definitely a 5-star product, but it absolutely NEEDS clearer instructions. It's also currently out of stock at the time of my writing this review so I can't comment on the value for money, but I would definitely consider this worth the investment if you suffer from a dry or irritated scalp.

This stuff works great. In just a couple of weeks my hair felt full and scalp feels good. I have friends that even noticed my hair looking fuller and healthy.
